Your order will normally be despatched within 24 - 48 hours wherever possible. In certain cases this period may be longer but we will inform you if we cannot do so for any reason within 2-3 working days of your payment being processed. In practice we aim to send it within 24 - 48 hours.

For small items we use Royal Mail Signed & Tracked postal services, or other tracked Courier Services. 

For large items we use tracked Courier Services and will send you the tracking number after despatch. 

For all international customers, please note that you will be responsible for paying any import taxes or other charges imposed by your country's local customs authorities / border force. Note: Our Passive Exerciser products are classified under Tariff Code 9019109000 which has 0% duty payable.

For customers in the European Union, please note that from 1 January 2021 your local customs (border force) may charge VAT import tax. You will be responsible for paying any VAT or other charges imposed by your country. NOTE: if you would like us to supply you under the EU's DDP system (we can pre-pay any import taxes and duties on your behalf), please request this by email or when placing your order, by stating "DDP service requested". We will then send you an invoice with the exact amount of tax and any customs handling charges, with a link to secure payment options. Note: Our Passive Exerciser products are classified under Tariff Code 9019109000 which has 0% duty payable, but VAT will be payable at the % applied by your country.
