Your order will normally be despatched within 24 - 48 hours wherever possible. In certain cases this period may be longer but we will inform you if we cannot do so for any reason within 2-3 working days of your payment being processed. In practice we aim to send it within 24 - 48 hours.

For small items we use Royal Mail Signed For (tracked) or other tracked Courier Services. For small items up to £20 in value, you can choose the ordinary First Class post option.

Small items can be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery* at extra cost.  They will be sent the same day of your order whenever possible if we receive your order by 1pm (and we will do our best to do so if received later). Royal Mail Next Day Delivery guarantees signed delivery on the next working day*. Items sent on Friday by this service may be delivered on Saturday but are not guaranteed to do so, as the next working day is usually Monday unless it's a National Holiday.
